Why did we build `Read by QxMD`?
Health care professionals need to stay up to date on the latest medical research and topic reviews to provide optimal care. Unfortunately, the process of content discovery is broken with research artificially compartmentalized by publishers and hidden behind countless institutional pay walls.
At QxMD, we believe that knowledge translation– the process by which new knowledge is incorporated into clinical practice – is an important and unsolved challenge for our health care system. We hope that ‘Read by QxMD’ will be a part of the solution.

By Aggie_Jacob I agree with other reviewers positives. 2 things. I don`t care if this app gets the ability to edit PDFs or not, but it needs to be able to export to other apps as I do not want to have to search multiple apps for saved PDFs. Additionally I may have just missed it, but there does not appear to be a way to delete downloaded PDFs. With these two options it is definitely 5 star worthy! Super fast and works well.
Update: One other thing I forgot to mention. It does not seem to be able to resolve links for the journal Obstetrics and Gynecology (what is referred to as ("The Green Journal") so down to 4 stars
Best way to find new articles and stay up to date
By Safety Comes First This app will save me hours per month and keep me up on the latest research. Best part is that it allows one tap to get full text PDF. I`ll never have to waste time navigating the library website.
